The Role

The Role

System Implementation:

  • Under general guidance of the HR Director, manage the roadmap and timeline of HR systems implementations
  • Partner with the global head office implementation teams to manage new system implementations  
  • Collaborate with functional team members to understand processes and gather requirements
  • Create and version control system blueprints
  • Execute and document the functional testing of new HR systems
  • Prepare system manuals
  • Train the trainers

Interface Implementation:

  • Lead and drive the payroll interface project to deploy quality solutions in line with requirements
  • Coordinate project activities between the payroll system vendors, payroll processors, and the global head office development team  
  • Proactively manage project risks and issues, and recommend appropriate resolutions
  • Coordinate and organize UAT with end users
  • Maintain data mapping and interface functional specifications
  • Coordinate between vendors and business teams to support and troubleshoot post go-live
  • Organize the planning,  testing, and deployment of updates

System Updates:

  • Initiate and manage new requirements to existing HR systems following a defined process
  • Participate in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades, patches, and fixes
  • Communicate the change to functional teams


  • Provide hands on operational support for HR users and end users
  • Troubleshoot and analyze system errors, create and drive tickets until closure
  • Support global head office initiatives

Your Profile

Your Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting HR Systems required
  • HR System integration experience and interface management experience required
  • Full cycle HR systems implementation experience required, such as core HR, applicant tracking, learning management, employee self service, etc.  
  • Demonstrated attention to detail required 
  • Proven ability to drive and push for results
  • Team player with ability to influence and persuade
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Successful background working in large, complex multinational system environments
  • Understanding of interdependencies between systems and downstream impact
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information System
  • Solid written and spoken English with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels
  • Cantonese and German language skills are an advantage
