  • Confidently partner with the business to identify their needs in all areas of HR
  • Trusted to provide excellent judgement and advice to managers and colleagues throughout the business
  • Lead the Company’s delivery of Colleague Wellness, Charity partnerships, Accreditations and Colleague Engagement
  • Lead the Global Mobility function of the company
  • Work alongside specialist teams (C&B, Recruitment, L&D, Systems, Comms) to create solutions

Your Profile

Your Profile
  • Motivated and a strong communicator with judgement and initiative
  • Ability to stand in for Human Resources Senior Manager in their absence
  • Experience with working alongside business leaders in a Western Company and demonstrating commercial understanding
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced company
  • Strong coaching and relationship building skills
  • Detailed, organized and results-driven
  • Cantonese language skills are beneficial
