Our graduates are the future of our organisation. We are committed to the professional development of our people. As well as undertaking skills based and behavioural and online training courses, you will also be assigned a buddy and a mentor for the duration of the programme. Our on the job approach to training ensures that you’ll find your feet fast.

At the end of the programme, you will be invited to present a summary of your experience to our company directors, after which you will be assigned to a role within the company that best fits the skills and experience that you have gained during the scheme.

Our two year graduate scheme offers you the opportunity to undertake four placements of six months in duration in different areas of our business. You will be exposed to both project-based and operations-focused roles, and will accompany senior staff on at least one international trip.

The placements for those interested in commercial roles may take place in the following areas:

  • Merchandising
  • Product Development
  • Sourcing
  • Quality and Production
  • Compliance and Sustainability
  • Artwork

Graduates with specializations in areas aligned to our corporate departments are also encouraged to apply. The placement rotation in this scheme would allow a continuation within your specialization while providing exposure to a variety of roles and rotations within your area of expertise.
